Karen aims at co-creating sustainable solutions with customers. Mediating between different cultures within complex projects or organisational settings, she often helps combine business and IT world perspectives. Her assignments have been mostly within large private sector companies (like KPMG, E.ON, TUI, Allianz) and European public administrations (Commission, Eurocontrol, European Patent Office, ETF).

Karen's aim as entrepreneur is to work with open minded partners and customers, with people who share the passion for making a difference and bring things forward! Regardless whether they are working in a commercial or non-profit area and regardless in which part of the world.

Before joining Becota, Jörg worked as Director of Professional Services at Europe's leading elearning and learning technologies provider. In his role, he was responsible for establishing and expanding the company's UK office and heading the international consulting branch in London.

During his professional career, Jörg worked across Europe, North America and Russia for companies such as Volkswagen, KPMG, BAE Combat Systems, European Commission, UK's Department of Health and E.ON.

Jörg has a university degree with first class honours in Business Administration from the University of Saarbrücken, Germany. His studies focused on Strategic Management, Information Systems and Business Process Management. He also holds certification as PRINCE2 Project Manager and as SCRUM Master.

Malte is a highly experienced process design, strategic management and change management consultant and has been working in these areas since 1995.

As Director International Corporate Sales at a software and consulting company he managed large international clients such as BMW, Daimler, E.ON, Fujitsu Siemens, KPMG and Volkswagen from a sales and consulting perspective. Since 2009 Malte has held a professorship in Management and Organisational Behaviour. His research focuses on the organisational impacts of social media and on bionic management.

Christian is owner of Fasttrack Consulting and he is also working as an independent consultant, leading large and small international clients in their strategic change efforts, working at the crossroads of Innovation Management, Knowledge Management & Learning Organizations.

Over the last 15 years, his assignments have led him to focus more on human and organizational issues – such as transition management, organizational change management and technology transfer, as they pertain to IT. He has developed his career along these lines, taking on management responsibilities of increasing scope and importance.

He is regularly invited as a keynote speaker on a variety of subjects (Value Management, Knowledge and Content Management, The New Economy, Innovation) in international conferences.

After his time at the top management consulting company A. T. Kearney, he spent the last 10 years holding (top) management positions in the automotive and IT industry.

At Audi AG he built up the customer relationship management and took responsibility for the Internet activities. Afterwards he led as a Process Integration Officer at Volkswagen AG the area "sales and service processes". At T-System he was responsible for the global business for the Volkswagen Group.
